Cancellation Policy

Although we acknowledge the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we want to acquaint you with our rescheduling policy. Clients are allowed a maximum of two rescheduling requests following their initial appointment. It is important to highlight that our policy does not encompass refunds; instead, it exclusively offers rescheduling options. To facilitate the rescheduling process, proof of purchase must be provided.
